WIN Loot toys, books, movies and games for your kids, niece, grandson

Guys. Last year I partnered with Loot and I ordered all of the below from them. I hand-picked every item according to my boys’ interests and attention spans, because every mother knows what it’s like to spend so much time and monies getting a toy for their child – and watching them lose interest within seven and a half minutes. It sucks. We know. Over the years I’ve learned what works and what really doesn’t with the boys. The winners are always books, movies, learning games and play pretend. 

Below are all the items that I chose from Loot. The boys’ favorites are… Ben LOVES the Spot’s Alphabet, colors & shapes movie, and Charlie and Lola – obviously. The Sylvanian Families – Chocolate Rabbit Family Set (the bunnies) are adorable! Ben and Noah both love dressing them and I act out little family situations with them, like the boy bunny crying “I want juiiiiiiice” and I make the boys guess who this bunny is, etc. They love it! 

Noah is infatuated with the toaster, as you can push it down and it really does pop up when it’s ‘ready’. I admit I have no idea where the kettle is right now, but it whistles. Wherever it is. The Yookidoo Flow ‘n Fill Spout (bath tap) is probably his favorite. Water is drawn up through the spout creating an endless stream and 3 interchangeable tumblers each have a different spouting action. It really is awesome! The boys can play with running water in the tub without sinking the house. 

The ready-set-school hasn’t arrived just yet, but this is what I am MOST excited about. It’s a whole activity box for Benjamin. Noah has started school, so this set will be for bunny to be home-schooled and also feel special and have ‘play play’ school with the nanny during the day. I can’t tell you how it breaks my heart when we ALL leave for work in the day and Ben gets left behind! Does a mother’s guilt ever end? The school set is arriving any day now and I’ll get pictures in!

In all sincerity, I love Loot – delivery is quick, to your door. The prices are so great (about R52.00 for a kiddies DVD) and there are always specials. It’s easy to search for things, you can search classics, genres, ages – it’s so user friendly. They state delivery days on each item ex “24 hours” or “within 7 days”. They have loads of books, games, computers, toys, electronics, DVDs. I am a huge fan of online shopping, because going in to a shopping center with two toddlers on payday Saturday is just not advisable.
